Gleichzeitig wandelt sich die Welt so beharrlich, dass auch Routine und Kontinuität erstrebenswert scheinen. In der Erwachsenen- und Weiterbildung findet sich beides: Erneuerung und Bewahrung. Der Neustart von weiter bilden lässt uns auf das Wechselspiel von Kontinuität und Wandel schauen.
