Den Lehrkräften kommt dabei eine zentrale Rolle zu – allerdings wird es immer schwieriger, erwachsenenpädagogisch ausgebildetes Personal zu finden. Die Autor*innen stellen verschiedene Initiativen zur berufsbegleitenden Kompetenzentwicklung und -anerkennung vor, die auch Quereinstiege begleiten können.
