Die Inhalte der einzelnen Studieneinheiten orientierten sich an den wichtigsten Tätigkeitsbereichen von hauptberuflichen pädagogischen MitarbeiterInnen an Volkshochschulen: Programmplanung einerseits und Lehren und Lernen mit Erwachsenen andererseits. Berücksichtigt werden darüber hinaus der gesellschaftliche Bedingungsrahmen von Erwachsenenbildung sowie organisatorische und institutionelle Probleme. Die Reihe wurde 1995 von den "Studientexten für Erwachsenenbildung" abgelöst.
Looking at consultancy for European project work, the article reveals the common obstacles and success factors for cooperative ventures between adult education institutions as part of EU funding programmes.
